The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and may result in the forfeiture of all balances across all associated Accounts and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

bdpop may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require a User to submit identity verification documents, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or driving licence, and proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days of the request may result in Account closure.
The bdpop Platform is operated for users in Bangladesh. Upon permanent closure due to breach of these Terms, any Real Money Funds balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited at bdpop's discretion after investigation.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting bdpop support. Upon receiving a valid closure request, bdpop will process any outstanding Real Money Funds balance, subject to completed verification and compliance with all applicable withdrawal conditions. Bonus Funds balances are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or business accounts are not permitted. All transactions on the bdpop Platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion is applied by bdpop. Any foreign currency conversion fees charged by a User's payment provider are the User's sole responsibility.
bdpop is not responsible for deposits that fail to reach your Account due to errors made by your payment provider or due to network issues outside bdpop's control. If a deposit amount is debited from your payment account but does not appear in your bdpop Account within 30 minutes, contact bdpop support with transaction reference details.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional offers made available on the bdpop Platform are subject to specific terms that accompany each promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any withdrawal of those funds or associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the time limit stated in the promotion. Bonus Funds that have not met the wagering requirement by the stated expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
bdpop actively monitors Account activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, and coordinating with other users to manipulate bonus outcomes. Where bonus abuse is identified, bdpop reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds, cancel any winnings derived from those funds, and permanently close the Account.
Promotions may be restricted by player country, Account status, payment method, or game type. bdpop reserves the right to withdraw a promotional offer from any User at any time if bdpop reasonably determines that the User does not meet the stated eligibility criteria or has previously breached these Terms.

Bets placed on erroneous odds due to a technical or human error may be voided by bdpop, with stakes returned to the User's Account.
All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. For cricket markets, results are determined by reference to the official scorecards published by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), the International Cricket Council (ICC), the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), or the relevant tournament organiser. In cases of abandoned or postponed fixtures, bdpop's event-specific rules apply and will be displayed at the point of market creation.

These Terms & Conditions are written in the English language. In the event of any translation being prepared for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
